Data release changes

Exact, neutral differences in canonical claims and sources. A data release is not every code deployment, and a change is not a quality judgment.

Recorded data releases

Release ids are SHA-256 digests of sorted canonical claim and source state. Generated timestamps, commits, file order, row order, and column positions do not enter the digest. Added does not mean improved; removed does not mean discontinued; evidence changed does not mean an earlier claim was false.

JavaScript is required to filter the compact public change sets. The immutable release index and every release JSON file remain linked from history/index.json.
